By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically:
- Contact & inquiry information you submit through our contact form, including your name, email address, company, phone number (if provided), and message.
- Communications you exchange with us by email, phone, or text message.
- Consent records such as your opt-in to receive text messages, including the date, time, and method of consent.
- Technical & usage data automatically collected, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Kairion LLC may send you text (SMS) messages related to your inquiry, such as consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer-care responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. This category of data is expressly excluded from all information-sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers / subcontractors who perform services on our behalf (for example, secure hosting, email delivery, or customer support), bound by confidentiality and permitted to use the information only to provide those services;
- Legal & safety reasons, such as to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Kairion, our clients, or others; and
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
As stated in Section 4, text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties or affiliates.

- Opt out of email: use the unsubscribe link or contact us.

10. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
